Siren Song - Charmed SE5 EP4 Melinda Clarke as The Siren

I absolutely love Melinda Clarke as The Siren in Charmed SE5 EP4 (Siren Song). Siren has a unique attitude that makes me fall in love with her.

How Siren was seducing David and he said don't stop.

David's wife is here.

Siren: Shouldn't you be at home with your wife?

Siren: You know what might make you feel better? A little music. (She starts humming a song. She strokes his face)

The Siren smokes in. Leo Shouted.

She sees Leo.

and smiles.

Leo can't resist.

Siren showed her face closer.

Siren Stroke Leo's face.

Leo is under The Siren's control.

Piper (Wife of Leo) said: It's so beautiful. Leo thinks Siren is beautiful. Maybe Piper think so too. Paige is confused.

Siren kiss Leo while he hold her tight.

Paige: Hey! (She grabs an IV stand and hits the Siren over her back. She is knocked to the floor.)

Piper: Kiss this, bitch!

I love this part. I absolutely love this part. Piper tries to blow her up but colourful leaves fall from above her. Piper's baby loves Siren so he gave her flowers instead of blowing her up.

Paige is out of words.

Siren stands tall. Even Piper's baby love her. There is always someone willing to rescue Siren.

Piper:Oh, bad baby!

Siren shoot Piper.

Paige throws a pole at the Siren and it goes right through her stomach. Piper: I hit her with flowers? No, your baby saved Siren.

Another demon is healing and taking care of the injured Siren.

Demon: Smells that way. There were only two? (She nods.) Lucky you didn't meet all three. You wouldn't have had the luxury of calling me for healing.

Demon: So eager for vengeance. Foolish girl. You barely got away the first time.

Cole sees Siren.

Cole walks over to the Siren.

Cole can't resist Siren.

Look at the way Siren seduced Cole just by using her hand.

Siren: Uh-uh. Patience. Right now I need to sing for your witch.

Jealous Phoebe (Cole's huaband) walks in. The Siren kisses Cole and smoke rises from their mouths. Cole falls back unconscious.

Siren: He was cute. But this is still my favourite part. (She uses her power and slams Phoebe against a wall.) Nobody hurts me and gets away with it,

Phoebe throws the potion at the Siren but it disintegrated in mid air. She can't believe it. She was an inch away from death.

Oh my god. I'm so closed to death.

Phoebe looks surprised.

Siren can't figure out who saved her. Last time, it was the baby's mother (Piper) who was attacking her.

Turns out Cole made a last ditch effort to stop the potion to save Siren. This time, it is the attacker's husband that she just killed. Cole is stopping her wife from killing Siren.

Siren: You're alive. That's not possible.

Phoebe: Cole, that was the vanquishing potion. She can't believe her own husband saved Siren.

Siren was in shocked as the vanquishing potion could have killed her.

Cole: I know. (He walks over to the Siren.) I want her for myself.

Siren is scared. She doesn't know what he wants. She just killed him, but he saved her and now what does he want. The kiss and luring power is not working against Cole.

She starts to smoke out but he grabs her.

Oh, Siren.

Phoebe: Do me a favour, make it hurt.

Siren didn't know what to expect.

Maybe she will be dead.

But Cole kissed Siren.

Phoebe can't believe what she is seeing.

Cole grabs Phoebe by the neck and holds her down.

Siren: I think he'll come in handy with your sisters. I just love this part so much. It was a big victory for Siren. Cole saved Siren even she tried to kill him. Siren's power does not work on Cole, so he is doing it for Siren out of own will. He is killing his wife for Siren. With Cole and Siren partnering, nobody can hurt Siren, not even the 3 Charmed sisters.

Piper and Leo orb in

This part is sad. Siren is on the winning side. Leo can't shoot. Piper has no power. Siren has Cole by her side. But Siren just let Leo shot her 3 times with no attempt to fight back at all and what the hell is Cole doing there still strangling Phoebe when Siren was under deadly attack? Sad. 

I think The Siren is one of the luckiest Demon character in Charmed. She had countless near death experience, but somehow she managed to survive because somewhere, someone unexpectedly will rescue her. She is brave, stubborn and has great determination, but lack proactive attacking skills. Somehow she just stand there waiting for be save.

1. When Piper tries to blow Siren up in the hospital, she just stands there. Piper’s unborn baby rescue her by switching her mother’s deadly force to colourful leaves and flowers. The baby is giving the Siren flowers. So lovely.

2. When Paige throws the pole towards the Siren, she just stand there and it goes straight into her stomach.

3. With such a serious injury, The Siren managed to survived because another Demon heals her.

4.When Phoebe throws the potion to The Siren, she just stands there waiting to be killed. This special potion is specially designed to kill The Siren on contact, but she just stand there. Who save her? Cole. The man she just killed with her power. Somehow The Siren’s power has no effect on him. The best part is, Cole is Phoebe’s husband. He stopped his wife from killing The Siren. Buy why?

5. Cole said he wanted The Siren for himself and walked towards her. This is the first time the Siren attempt to escape because her power does not work on him but she can’t figure why didn’t he just let her die in the hands of his wife. But escape was not successful. She was grabbed by Cole.

6. Cole grabbing The Siren. Siren waiting to have a painful death, but what she gets was a passionate kiss by Cole all out of love, not power influence. Cole is now The Siren’s man. He now strangle his own wife Phoebe while Siren watch smiling for almost vanishing The Siren. The Siren now gets a man so powerful that does not get influence by her spell and someone she tried to kill earlier, voluntarily working hard under her and even killing her own wife just because The Siren say so.

The Siren’s death is tragic. She could have easily survived the Leo and Piper attack easily. She just stands there and let Leo shoots her 3 times. At least she could have throw some fireballs, tries to smoke out, hide somewhere or just shout for Cole. Cole would have throw them all out protecting The Siren.
