Katy Perry wore a sequined cocktail dress form Lebanese couturier Zuhair Murad's Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2015 collection. The dress is completely hand made and features a boat-neck, long sleeves and pencil skirt silhouette. It is completely hand beaded (and hand-made) over a nude/clear silk chiffon base. This cocktail dress would cost about $40,000 if you were rich enough to order it.
