Themes: Pre-Raphaelite Beauties/Goddesses; Nymphs of the Valentino Garden; Youthful; ease and fluidity; House of Valentino going for a younger Couture clientele.
Trends: Fluid, dresses; see-thru (these dresses will be lined when it comes time to be on an actress on the red carpet); fuller skirts; sandals for Fall (?); A-line shapes; tulle; draped dresses. With all the Pre-Raphaelite Nymphs, the BEST dresses were void of any draping, see-thru-ness...I loved the simple very Roma Alta Moda/Old School Valentino dresses that had a simple piece of fabric draped over the body (scroll through below to see pics).
Colors: Ivory, black and white, pea green, slate gray/blue, gold, "Valentino Red".
